Service Modifications, Priority Dispatch & Eligibility Pre-Check
Service Eligibility Pre-Check
At vipsiv.com, your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Before your appointment, our board-certified nurse practitioners may conduct a brief phone assessment to ensure IV hydration is right for you (e.g., reviewing medical history like kidney conditions or allergies). If we determine you don’t qualify, there’s no charge, and we won’t proceed—our commitment is to deliver care that’s safe and tailored to your needs. Should ineligibility be identified after our nurse practitioner arrives (e.g., unsafe environment or unstable vitals), a $150 dispatch fee may apply, as outlined below.
Priority Dispatch Commitment
Our promise of exceptional care comes with a priority dispatch framework designed to uphold your experience. In the rare event that a healthcare provider arrives at your designated location and is unable to initiate or complete your service, we reserve the right to apply a $150 dispatch premium. This ensures our ability to maintain the highest standards of efficiency and expertise, even under unforeseen circumstances. Such instances may include:
1. Evidence of recreational drug use at the service location.
2. An environment deemed unsafe, disrespectful, hostile, or unsanitary by our professional standards.
3. Indications of pests, such as bed bugs, compromising a sterile setting.
4. Vital signs outside acceptable clinical ranges (e.g., elevated blood pressure), as assessed by our practitioner.
5. Your decision to pause or decline the service for any reason.
6. Unsuccessful IV access after two additional attempts following an initial challenge.
7. Unexpected reactions, such as vasovagal responses, allergic sensitivities, or intolerance to the treatment.
8. A determination, upon assessment, that your medical profile (e.g., history of kidney disease, hemodialysis, congestive heart failure, liver disease, ascites, extremity edema, or lung conditions) precludes the requested service.
This dispatch premium reflects the resources committed to your care—our nurse practitioners’ time, expertise, and travel—to ensure your health and comfort remain paramount. Should you have questions or require further clarity, our concierge team is at your service.
