Cancellation Terms

Non-Refundable Processing Fee
Please note that upon booking an appointment, a payment processing fee of 2.90% + $0.30 is charged. This fee is non-refundable for any cancellations or rescheduling to another date and/or time.
More Than 2 Hours Before Your Appointment
Cancel with no service charge if you notify us more than 2 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. The payment processing fee (2.90% + $0.30) remains non-refundable. To cancel, call us at 917-409-7771.
2 Hours to 30 Minutes Before Your Appointment
Cancellations in this window incur a 50% commitment fee for the service booked, in addition to the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.90% + $0.30). To cancel, call us at 917-409-7771, as our team is preparing to arrive within 30 minutes, ensuring your care remains our priority.
Less Than 30 Minutes or No-Show
Cancellations within 30 minutes—or if you cancel after our NP arrives—will be charged the full service fee, in addition to the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.90% + $0.30). Call 917-409-7771 to notify us, as our nurse practitioner is already committed to your rapid-response care.

Client Delay in Starting Service

If our Nurse Practitioner arrives on time and you’re not ready to begin (e.g., your delayed arrival to location, or if you are unprepared), we’ll attempt to reach you by phone to discuss. If you start within 10 minutes of your appointment time, we may adjust to a 500 mL hydration (from 1000 mL) to fit your scheduled time, ensuring premium care. If you cancel after the nurse practitioner arrives, the full service fee applies (see ‘Less Than 30 Minutes or On-Site Cancellation’ above).

Missed Appointments

If our Nurse Practitioner arrives on time and you’re unreachable or absent (e.g., no response to calls, not at the location, not giving access to enter building or residence to nurse practitioner) within 10 minutes, it’s a missed appointment. Your service will be canceled, and the full service fee will be charged to your card on file, reflecting our team’s on-site commitment. Reschedule anytime—we’re here to serve you.

Rescheduling Terms & Process

To reschedule your appointment, please first cancel your existing booking following the terms above, then place a new reservation through our booking system. This two-step process ensures we can reallocate resources efficiently and secure your preferred time with precision.
More than 2 Hours in Advance
Cancel or reschedule more than 2 hours ahead by calling us at 917-409-7771, then book a new time whenever suits you, subject to availability. No service fee applies, but the payment processing fee (2.90% + $0.30) remains non-refundable.
Within 2 Hours to 30 Minutes
Cancel or reschedule in this window by calling us at 917-409-7771, then reschedule your new time through our booking system. A 50% service fee applies, in addition to the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.90% + $0.30).
Within 30 Minutes or Less
Cancel or reschedule within 30 minutes or after Nurse Practitioner arrival by calling us at 917-409-7771, then reschedule as needed. A 100% service fee applies, in addition to the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.90% + $0.30).

Slots are limited to uphold our 30-minute arrival commitment, so we recommend booking your new time promptly.
Emergency Grace Period
Life can be unpredictable. We offer each client a one-time fee waiver for a cancellation or no-show due to a verifiable emergency (e.g., sudden illness or unavoidable delay). Please notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled time by calling 917-409-7771, and we’ll waive the fee as a gesture of our dedication to your trust.
How It Works
To secure your appointment, we require full prepayment—a hallmark of premium, time-sensitive care. Refunds for cancellations follow the terms above and are processed swiftly.
